Very reliable and communicative. If I had a question, Ivan had an answer and so quick. Very friendly and caring of such problematic situation to resolve. Advised options and solutions and also listen to me with my own opinions and worked with me through the whole step of the way to ensure my end result was a happy one...and yes I'm very very happy and appreciative that Ivan and his team were there for.
