Bob and his company have been a pleasure to work with. They've always been very courteous over the phone and in person. They show up on time and get the job done quickly and cleanly. They also keep me well informed of the progress. What's cool is that they use a drone to survey the damaged areas and provide quotes. I'm happy with their work and would definitely recommend Bob and company for any roofing work.

Chicago Roofing was great. They offer flexible hours of operation and excellent customer service. The company was able to provide me a quote via drone video and repair my roof shingle damage all in one day. Bob offers fair pricing and was a pleasure to do business with. Bob and his team at Chicago Roofing were amazing! I had a major leak and some minor patchwork that needed to be done as all the Chicago snow started melting, and Bob had his 2 sons at my doorstep right away. They diagnosed the issue quickly, and everything was fixed right there on the spot. Their prices are very reasonable and everyone there seems like they truly care and want to help their customers. Bob and his sons explained everything in detail, took pictures of everything before and after, and even had a drone fly overhead to take videos of the job! I would highly recommend Chicago Roofing Services to anyone in need of help with roof issues. Chicago Roofing Services represent a great family owned business in Chicago and I can’t speak more highly of their work!

We had Chicago Roofing Services come out to seals windows (for which we still have leaking) and to do tuck-pointing (which was not properly done) in November. They charged us 8k and said the work came with a warranty. THEY DID A SHODDY JOB, AND STILL HAVE NOT COME BACK TO ADDRESS THE ISSUES FOR WHICH THE WARRANTY WILL COVER. There were a few things wrong with their work ethic: 1. They miscommunicated about what they were going to fix, and did not fix everything. After one day, they were ready to leave and wanted us to pay them 8k. We made them come back a second and third time UNTIL WE MADE FINAL PAYMENT, BUT WE SHOULD HAVE DELAYED PAYMENT FURTHER. 2. It was very difficult to get them to come back out, so if you go with this company, make sure you have all the details in the contract, and don't pay until it is all finished. Because we had a warranty we paid them and thought that if the work was shoddy, at least they could come back out. I cannot tell you how many times I have called the owner Bob, talked to him, emailed him, he tells me they are coming out, its raining etc. The saddest thing is that WE CHOOSE THIS COMPANY FOR THE GOOD RATINGS AND LITERALLY GAMBLED OUR BUILDING RESERVES. 3. We had another contractor, who was not hired to do tuck-pointing in the building and he was appalled at what he saw. He showed us how they did "patchwork" they did not even take the brick out, they filled it in! This job was not worth 8k, and they wanted to charge us more. I really debated about leaving this review because I don't want to hurt anyone business. We are in the process of reporting them to BBB and the News if we can because they are taking advantage of people.

There were two small leaks in our condo that we needed fixed quickly. We had three different roofing companies come out to examine the cause of the leaks and quote us for repairs. We ended up going with Chicago Roofing Services because of Bob's thorough knowledge of the craft, commitment to the highest repair standards, and quick turnaround time. He had his roofer, Joel come out the day after we spoke. It was obvious how experienced Joel is, not to mention his professionalism in getting the job done. The work was guaranteed for two years. If you have any roof issues, look no further! These guys are professional, highly skilled and prompt!
