A perfect example of why to get everything in writing with a contractor. The verbal agreements and cash payment were a mistake. I was not satisfied when my roof needed to be repaired in the same area within weeks. Sonny wanted to charge me again to repair. He had a different version of what his warranty meant and he changed prices on other work discussed.
