Have used this company on and off for years as a lead generation for different contracting companies I have worked for. I like that they don't get their leads off the internet like other companies. Easy to set up an account, for the right leads, quick to get started, and compared to other lead services they actually refund for leads when the homeowner isn't interested. I talked to Neil to sign up most recently, Tamara always picked up the main office line and got me to who I needed to speak to.

Don't even waste your time. Received referrals for contractors who make appointments with you and blow you off. Not once but three times. Completely unacceptable. Called the home improvement network to look for additional reliable contractors and nothing. The home improvement network needs to do a better job screening contractors in their network. Completely unprofessional. Won't be attempting to use their service again.

I have been working with HIN for about a year now and I do have to say they are a wonderful company! They provide great quality leads and cause zero issues as far as customer service is concerned. Would recommend to all Home Improvement and Repair companies!
