We attended the home show this year with the specific intent to speak with siding contractors. This was not an insurance job so it was big investment into our home. From the very first conversation with Duke Antoijevic through the completion of the project we found everyone at Cochran Exteriors to be professional, efficient and very accommodating. Duke guided us through the process, making several trips out to the house. He handled the perfect balance between keeping in touch and encouraging us to take our time to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. The schedulers kept us informed through a couple rain delays. When it finally cleared and it was our turn, everything hummed along as scheduled. James Fletcher, the Superintendent on sight during the project was attentive and professional. The crew was cooperative and efficient. When they pulled out of the driveway after wrapping things up, you couldn't even tell they had been here - well other than the fact that we now had one of the best looking little ranches in the neighborhood. There were a couple little things we noticed after the job was completed and they were addressed without question and in a timely manner. All and all I would highly recommend Cochran Exteriors.

We had Cochran exteriors come out and give us an estimate on our roof, gutters and painting of the house. We had an insurance claim for the damaged roof and Ralph took care of all the particulars with the insurance company. James the supervisor did a great job communicating with us about the job. I called Friday afternoon for an emergency roof repair for a tree sized hole. They sent a guy out to get a look and we had an estimate and on the schedule within an hour of the initial call. The repair was completed quickly on Monday and it looks great. One of the other places I called said 4 weeks, so I am extremely happy with Cochran and would recommend them to anyone.

Experience was good, Patrick was very rapid to respond to all questions and gave good explanation of process. Only thing I was a bit surprised was how much the service ended up being for the simple repair due to the siding the house has. Other than that service was good.
