we love our new roof. there was an irregularity in our old roof that was hidden by the shingle roof that became apparent when the metal panels were installed. I expressed my concern to Mike Burdine the president. They came back out,removed all of the metal panels on the front side of the roof,leveled it and installed new metal panels . there was a minimal charge for the shims and wood work and we were not charged for the removal of the panels nor installation of new panels. Mike spent the day on site with the crew on site to make sure it looked good and it does..It wasn't perfect the first time but they definitely took care of us

While we were pleased with the initial product which was installed, we are deeply concerned about their customer care, and the validity of our warranty. We have attempted calling this company multiple times with a requested repair, and have twice interacted with a representative from the company who promised a prompt reply, quote, and service, and then failed to follow up, and did not return or respond to our calls. Given this confusing lack of customer care, we are not certain of the status of this company, and certainly would not recommend them to a new customer.

Did some beautiful BoralSTEEL Metal installation

We had Metal Roofing Solutions replace a defective metal roof less than 6 months after it was mis-installed by another company and that company would not fix it. They removed the defective roof and installed a beautiful new roof in less than a week. We documented our bad experience with the original contractor, and our great experience with Metal Roofing Solutions, in a YouTube video that can be found by searching on "Metal Pro Roofing" and "disaster". The video is long and a bit rough, but hopefully it illustrates the excellent work done by Metal Roofing Solutions, and also what to watch out for in some other installers. We are really happy to have a properly installed and great looking roof during the winter weather this year. Our thanks to Metal Roofing Solutions for turning a mess into a wonderful upgrade to our home!
