This company wasted our time and money. They over promised and didn't deliver. We were told they could fix the leak on our roof and if it wasn't fixed, they would keep coming back until it was. After 5 trips to our house it was still leaking. When we called to see what it would cost to replace the whole roof and make the part that was leaking flat, we were told they couldn't do a flat roof. The receptionist was incredibly rude, & when we asked "what do we do from here? We paid you to fix it and it's not." she told us it's only 95% guarantee and the money we paid to fix it was postponing the inevitable. But it was never fixed nor postponed and seemed to have caused more damage than had we left it alone. Not at all apologetic nor was any effort made to try to keep our business & work something out. Rude, unprofessional and not knowledgeable enough to know when a roof needs replaced and cannot be fixed.

My experience has not been great. The crew left garbage all over my yard, left holes in the yard where they dug pits to level their ladders, scratched and dented my truck with thrown shingles, speckled my basement wall with tar, broke an exterior light fixture, & left one of their trucks overnight, effectively blocking me in. I now have to paint my basement wall, fix the light fixture, have my truck repaired/repainted, and fix the holes in the yard. I collected a trash bag full of trash & have to wait until they move their truck before I can get out to go to work. The owner took a little off my bill to compensate me for my truck and the basement wall. I DON'T recommend this company.

I have known Overhead Roofing for quite sometime now and I have to say these guys are meticulous, reasonable and their customer service is hands down "best on the planet" thank you guys.
