This company met our expectations and more with their honesty and professionalism. They not only repaired our roof from wind damage, but they repaired work done by another company. They had to come back because they noticed more damage, and although needed to do more work than expected, they stuck to their original estimate even though we expected to have to pay more. We are more than pleased and will definitely keep them in our phone book! We highly recommend Kingdom Roofing and Home Improvements!

Amazing customer service!! Came over and looked at roof same day. Explained everything and what to expect with insurance claim for wind. Offered to come with adjuster which took the stress off completely. Approved by insurance that day. Came back as soon as it was approved and picked out shingles. Had us on schedule to have done in 4 days. I left for work that morning before crew arrived and they were finishing up cleaning up when I got home! The crew cleaned everything up!! Moved anything out of the way in my yard and deck so nothing damaged. Our roof looks amazing!!! Everything was completed from claim to finish in a little over a week! Highly recommend!! Then came back out and put our gutter guards on. Even called us to check up and make sure we were pleased with end product after that!!

Reply to the reply: actually, I didn't. I had A1 Remodeling do the work and there was more than a roof done. -------------- Called to setup an appointment to get a quote a few weeks ago. Had a nice long conversation on the phone and setup the appointment. Appointment came and went and no one showed. I called to see what was going on but no one answered so I left a message. Still no contact weeks later.
