Burwell came out to give an estimate on my roof and while they were here also agreed to go give an estimate on my elderly neighbors roof at the same time. They were reasonably priced and worked with my insurance. On top of that they also did my neighbors flat roof and later came back out to their house to estimate a leak through their clay shingles that two other contractors were unable to fix. My neighbor could not be happier and thanked me for the reference because they did great work. Highly recommend.

Estimator came out within hours of call. Quoted me less than other roofers and that included premium shingles. They got the job done in one day and it looks great. Very pleased!

If I could rate them less I would. Didnt finish work going on two months or more.no calls from them about work to be completed.finely I called and its as if I didn't exist.horribly disappointed.

These folks are completely unskilled at what they profess to do. They make excuses for slip-shod siding and guttering work. Don't pay before you have a professional inspection of their work and are satisfied. Thank God I didn't let their salesman pressure me into new windows, too, or I'd be replacing those again as well. The owners will not respond to customer complaints in any way whatsoever except to threaten legal action if you don't just pay.
