Called them to setup an estimate on my roof as it needs replacing. I know they are busy, but someone scheduled an appointment to come out and provide an estimate. No one showed up, no one called to setup another time. Excellent business practice.

Had them do my roof and some siding they where the highest bid I got the only reason I went with them is cause the sales man help me with my insurance company and they still haven't finished the siding the peice of siding they took off to match it up they still haven't put it back on and it has been 2 months now would not recommend this company dont know how to take care of there customers will not do business with again

I called Lee’s to check my house for a leak that needed either repaired or replace the roof. I was told they would be contacting my renter that evening, I think his name was Brandon. He never did anything, no call no anything. Now we’ve had hail and the roofers are swamped with work and aren’t interested in coming out to check a leak. I will never use Lee’s Roofing, this isn’t the way you treat potential customers.

We had a great experience, our new roof looks fantastic!
