I had my entire house resided in the fall of 2014, spring of 2015. I know this post is very late but I figured better late then never and every time I sit out on my back patio I fume at the poor work that was performed. I contracted with All Seasons (AS) in Wichita Kansas to replace all of the siding on my 2 story house as well as perform the painting. This was not a small or inexpensive project. In my case AS hired all subcontractors for the project. The siding removal and replacement was done to my satisfaction, the subcontractor was very experienced and did a nice job. However the problem I experienced was with the painters. Originally AS hired a husband and wife team that started with the prep, caulking, filling holes, etc. They seemed experienced and did a nice job. This isn't rocket science but it takes time and attention. It was late fall when the siding install was completed and the paint prep started immediately but we ran into weather so the prep was halted. When the weather improved the prep was resumed but not with the same couple. This time a paint crew came and that is where the problems began. Their attention to detail, in particular the caulking, but also painting was horrendous. I have posted 2 pictures, the one on the left is poor quality and the one on the right is good quality. As you can see on the left, all they crew did was squeeze the caulk out of the gun and that was it. They did not smooth it with their finger as it is supposed to be done and it left an unsightly blob of caulk at the bottom of each piece of siding. The picture on the right is smooth and clean looking. As far as filling nail holes, they slopped the same caulk into the nail holes when they should have used a nail hole filler and sanded. They either didn't want to take the time to do it correctly or simply didn't know how. There were also numerous instances of overspray. So I called the owner to express my concerns and when he came out and I showed him the issues he was very matter of fact and acted as if the quality was completely acceptable. I was outraged. He also set up a meeting with the paint contractor and basically put me in front of the painter directly and the painter started arguing with me and that was uncomfortable to say the least. This was completely unacceptable. When I showed the painter and the owner the caulk job the painter did and the caulk job the husband and wife team did, which were black and white, I thought that would convince them. It didn't, they just shrugged their shoulders an acted as if both were OK. The owner should have taken my concerns and addressed them with the painter without me there, that is what I was paying him for. In the end AS had my money and there was very little I could do. He offered to have the paint contractor come back and work on the issues but there was no way I have going to have a bunch of incompetent clowns come back to my house and risk making it worse so I dropped the issue. As I said, I have been fuming ever since. One last thing, when I hire a contractor I expect them to perform project management. This means coming over at least once a day to check how the project is progressing and addressing any issues with the sub on behalf of the homeowner without the homeowner having to inspect themselves. I can tell you this did not happen and in fact I had to address some items with the siding installer directly, which they happily corrected.\. Bottom line, the owner at AS had my money, I had no leverage and he chose not to handle this properly. I would be very cautious before contracting with All Seasons Construction. Buyer beware!!

We are very happy and satisfied with our new windows. All Seasons worked extremely hard on the project in very cold weather. They were very friendly, hard working, punctual, and cleaned up all areas they worked in. We would recommend them highly. We have received many compliments on our new windows.

We have had the occasion to hire All Seasons on three different jobs. The first was a complete kitchen remodel. It was completely gutted and finished within a 5 week period. Beautifully done! The second time they installed new hardwood floors in our living, dining and hallway on our main floor. They are gorgeous and done in a timely manner. The last time we asked them for their help they remodeled our bathrooms. As always they did a beautiful job and we were never inconvenienced. I will never hesitate to hire them for anything we need done in our home. They are always professional and friendly. Nancy
