From the initial phone call with Rick, where he spent the better part of an hour answering all of our questions and explaining the difference between baton and on-desk roofing systems to us. We appreciate that service. We appreciated that he reached out to us and connected in such a personal way. Roofing Force is over 2 1/2 hrs away from our home and the fact that this company cared about us is a rare find in today's world. George was down to earth and friendly. He communicated to us what to expect from the shingle style we picked to what to expect with the insurance claim process. Carlos and his team was efficient and did a great job keeping the area clean as they worked. They performed the work in a timely manner and without delays. The girls in the office were friendly and answered all our questions. We love our new Pine-Crest stone coated metal shingle roof. We have received many compliments on how great our new metal roof looks. It is so nice not having to worry anymore when the wind gusts how many shingles will blow off our roof!

We have used this company for many years. They do top-notch work, and are extremely thorough and professional. They respond to questions & concerns quickly and have been a pleasure to work with. We thought we had a water leak originating in our existing stone coated metal roof. When we contacted Roofing Force, they were able to determine the leak location, repair it, and help us with the repairs to our soffits and stucco.
