The guy I talked to said he would take care of everything for me but he quit calling me back after a storm hit the area. He made it clear the previous company I was working with was not good, but he did the same thing. I would not recommend this company. Very unprofessional company

On May 30, 2019, in Dothan, AL, during a 90+ degree heat wave, my 94-year-old mother’s house roof was re-shingled. The workers arrived shortly before 8 AM and completed their work about 1 PM. The roof looked great, and so did the cleanup. However, during the afternoon my visiting sister noticed that the house was much warmer inside. A local heat pump technician was called in and discovered that all the freon in the heat pump coolant line was gone. When the line was tested, a hissing sound could be heard which indicated a leak. A roofing nail had penetrated the roof and then penetrated the coolant line which accounted for the loss of freon. A+ Home Improvement, despite being contacted locally, has yet to except responsibility for this mishap. Imagine what it must be like for your 94-year-old mother to spend even one day in her home without any air-conditioning In Southeast Alabama.
