I own a 15,000 sq ft building where Holland roofing had put the roof on in 2007. There are leaks in the roof and I called them to repair. This roof should have a 15 year warranty or at the very least a 10 year. They claim they could not find the warranty and I would be on my own. I own several commercial buildings and when a roofer puts on a roof they stand behind the warranty. I have ran into this several times and the original roofer comes back to warranty the roof. When a company puts on a $200,000 roof, they should stand behind it!
