Jeremy listened to my needs and went out of his way to get me exactly what I wanted. He even sent me the change form that I requested the day before the installation. The installation crew led by Brian was very courteous and made the windows look great with the trim that they installed.

After deciding to replace some weather damaged windows I stopped by Window World to look at my options. While there Jeremy Conrad assisted me and made an appointment that same day to come to my house and get measurements and quote a price. Deciding at that time to use Window World Jeremy showed me my options and colors. I selected one color to match the wood trim and he suggested another. Very happy to have followed his lead.
