Have gutter toppers installed on my house and they are inadequate for heavy rainfall. My gutters act like waterfalls instead of gutters and actually caused my basement to flood partially. I called GM roofing to have them removed since they installed them, and was told it would be 5$ a foot to remove them. The company should be removing them free of charge. Cost the previous homeowners over a thousand dollars to install and has ended up costing me more than that in damage to the house. Please avoid gutter toppers at all costs.

We own two houses and we have renovated them both in the last 5 years. G/M Roofing is a company that has always been a good partner and helped us a lot when we needed some roofing job to be done. We got the opportunity to actually test the quality of your work during the last few winters. I have to say that you met all our expectations and even more. You were also considerate and friendly during the whole process.

Thanks for replacing the old severely damaged roof. You mounted a new, modern, high-quality roof on top of my house and I am happy with that. The completion was professional and you were accurate. You were never late but what I really liked was the estimate you gave. I expected to be wrong and prepared more money but instead the new roof cost was even lower than the estimated one. I would like to thank your company for that and for all the efforts. It was a nice experience and we are glad your company was our choice.

I cannot speak for the actual quality of the product or work but I can speak for their customer service. I called on a Friday and scheduled a Tuesday AM appointment to get a quote for holes in my roof that was causing interior damage in my home. When one of the employees arrived, he had no ladder that reached the roof!!!! He asked if he could come back later with a taller ladder. If a "professional" roofing company can't even come prepared to a give a quote, I question their ability to be prepared on the job. When I called the company to complain, the woman who answered the phone was so incredibly rude stating "all of our ladders are tied up on a job". What???? I do NOT recommend using G/M Roofing based on customer service alone!

We wanted to thank you for your company's focus on quality and customer satisfaction. During the process of having our soffit repaired there were some misunderstandings miscommunication that occurred. However, each time that we called to discuss the issues, those that we talked to listened to our concerns and worked to have them addressed. Philip Bos heard our complaint and quickly offered to have someone come out and redo the work. Additionally when Terry came to the house to talk with us about our concerns he was very professional and willing to meet our needs. While it is unfortunate that the situation occurred, we do appreciate your willingness to correct the situation and stand behind your commitment to high quality and customer service. We will definitely tell others about our positive experience with G/M Roofing.
