Commonwealth did an excellent job on our roof, so much so that I hired them again to put on new gutters and custom chimney caps. I found project manager AJ Mendez to be highly responsive, knowledgeable and courteous. They use high quality materials and are transparent in their pricing. Had a roof leak that lead to water damage in an upstairs bedroom. After the first repair water damage returned. I called and they wanted to charge for the same problem within 12 months. Let them fix it again and the damage returned a third time.

Commonwealth Roofing came to my rescue on an aging commercial flat roof in danger of falling. They were quick to respond with estimates. The work was performed efficiently and they kept me informed every inch of the way with calls and photos of the repair work. I was so happy with their professionalism that I used them on a small residential roof when a tree limb damaged it. Their quick response to my problems was very important to me.
