So professional and caring. I can’t believe a business can actually make you feel like a real person with a real problem rather than just dollar signs. They were quick to respond even during a holiday week. Both men I spoke with were extremely nice and this reflects on their company. They came out to my house quickly and were extreme helpful. The folks at Empire were awesome! They made the entire process of an insurance claim for my roof so much easier than I expected it to be, from working with me, to working directly with the insurance adjuster, and simplifying the entire process. The crew that installed the new roof were professional and courteous, and made sure that they stayed until everything was perfect.
