It begins with a professional, pleasant receptionist, which JM Roofing has...no voicemail/answering service. When another roofing company, in Lexington, was of very, very marginal assistance, JM Roofing helped me. This was impressive, as the original roofing company told me that they "cannot commit resources" to address my need. That company (Apex) installed the roof! But, JM Roofing assisted me. I'm still waiting (3 weeks)...no returned call from Apex, but JM Roofing delivered. Ben was most helpful. Thanks.

JM Roofing has, by far, provided the best experience I've had with any professional services organization. Joshua and his team stand behind their work and go above and beyond the normal call of duty. While replacing my roof, they were able to fix a leak that had been a nagging, reoccurring issue for more than 14 years. Quite literally, no less than 10 roofing "experts" came to address the issue, and none could ever reach a permanent solution. The leak always returned. With JM Roofing, the leak is gone (and my house looks great to boot). I cannot recommend enough!
