we were impressed with Brandon Samuel for his knowledge and expertise in guiding us in selecting the best roofing option. He explained several types of shingles, roof vents, liners and other necessary roofing products and how they all work together to provide the best quality and warranty at various cost levels. This made it easier to select the roofing option that met all our expectations. He took several images of our old roof and new roof to explain all performance details so I did not have climb the roof. The roof installation supervisor and craftsmen was always on time and demonstrated high level of expertise. The supervisor Mickey was on site full time always available to explain roofing installation process and answer all our questions and addressed all our issues to our satisfaction. Our roof looks very beautiful with many compliments from our neighbors and confident that we will receive long and trouble free life of our roof backed by a solid warranty for materials and workmanship. Initially, Mike came out to assess my roof, make recommendations, and quote my project. He was very professional and stayed in constant communication Will, Johnny, and Batman were the most professional people I've had work on my home. They were prompt, efficient, and their work speaks for itself in the final product. They added rotary vents to my existing metal roof in order to improve airflow by exhausting attic air into the atmosphere. I would recommend Roofcrafters in a heartbeat.
