Jim recently saved the day by coming to our house during a huge down pour and taking care of a small leak before it became a big problem. Not only did he respond promptly to my phone call... he was extremely pleasant, fixed the problem in about 15 minutes and followed up to make sure everything was still good. As someone who's dealt with many contractors recently, it was a pleasure working with someone who was honest, straightforward and helpful. Thank you Jim!

Fantastic experience with Jim. He was prompt, informative, very responsive and helpful when we lost large amounts of shingles in the NorEaster this year. He had a guy out to patch it very tightly (not just a tarp, mind you - a very tight patch) the next day. The patch held with no leaking until the weather was warm enough to reroof. His team did the entire job quickly, even replacing some outdated skylights and everything looks absolutely fantastic. Next two days poured rain - I figured there would be a drip somewhere, everyone misses something, right? Nope. Not a single leak! Great job, reasonable price, quick and efficient, and no nails in the yard - awesome.
