I deal with contracts and contractors as a daily part of my job and the experience working with Red Dog Roofing was one of the best I have ever had in the 30 years that I have been dealing with contractors. Red Dog Roofing was on top of things, emailing each step of the process before it took place, filing permits, communicated schedule adjustments when needed due to weather and following up within a couple of hours of receiving any questions or concerns that I had. We had two different types of roofs, peaked and flat, that required two different types of applications. Red Dog Roofing is one of the few contractors in the state that could do both. When they came to do the quote, they pointed out all the current issues and how they would need to be repaired. They answered every question I had and I researched on line to ensure that what they were telling me was correct. They were spot on with every issue and fix. They did everything in the quote for the price quoted without any changes or negotiations. The install was done over three days for both roofs including installing new sky lights. The crew was incredibly careful not to disturb any of my flower beds with their ladders, remove gutters or trim so it could be reattached and was constantly asking if their work was satisfactory. Before they left each night, they made sure everything was covered, the supplies were neatly stacked and the yard was spotless. They made sure to let me know each night what was done and what they expected to complete the next day. The overall job was remarkable effortless for me and the quality of the work is exceptional. Since the job was completed two weeks ago, we have had several people stop and ask us about who did the roof as they have told us it looks terrific and they can see from our driveway the quality of the work. This is a company that stands behind their work. I would use them again and highly recommend them for any type of roofing work needed.

I would highly recommend Red Dog's Roofing! From start to finish the process was seamless. Pat was responsive with any questions we had and was quick to do so as well! They had our entire roof done in one day. Our neighbors couldn't believe it. They did an amazing job!

I rarely write reviews, but in this case I simply have to because the experience was so positive. Red Dog Roofing is awesome. It starts with the owner, Patrick who is responsive, knowledgeable and professional. And continues with the entire crew. My house is over 4,000 square feet and they completed the entire roof in just four days. The quality of the work is outstanding and they left my yard spotless. If it's time for a new roof, hire Red Dog. I cannot recommend them more highly.

Out with the brown, in with the gray! Red Dog's Roofing is hands down the BEST roofing business in Northern Worcester County. Pat was communicative, thoroughly informative, willing to meet us halfway - an all around professional you know you can trust. When the old roof sprung a leak before our job was scheduled, someone was there the next day to patch it up until the whole job could be done. His team was incredibly hardworking, attentive to detail, and made sure things were done by the book and in our best interests. I'm a nervous homeowner and he and his team made me feel comfortable and informed the entire process, from free estimate to finish. I'm so happy with my non-leaky, done-right roof. 10/10 would hire again 👍

We hired these guys to take down a chimney and repair roof And I would recommend them to anyone. First, the price was very fair. I had another company provide a quote and it was 1k more than these guys. Second, Patrick is amazing, he takes you through the process from the initial quote to getting permits and scheduling the job. I was particularly impressed how he responded almost immediately to any email I sent, even if I was being redundant or overly cautious. This guy is really on top of things, it makes the whole process easy. Lastly, the job itself went great, the workers left everything clean. I wanted to save the bricks from the chimney so they stacked them neatly on the side of the house. Also they matched my shingle perfectly which I didn’t expect. I can’t even tell where the chimney was. Amazing. Wish more companies were like these guys.
