A local contractor, Dave Barbale roofed my house decades ago and I was quite satisfied. Consequently, I recently re-contacted him to replace my aging shingles. He quickly provided me with a written estimate, alerting me to new code requirements that could require slightly more material and costs. His large crew, after sheathing my home's exterior in plastic, removed layers of shingles and cleared away debris in one day. By the second afternoon, new shingles, ridge vents, and chimney flashing had been installed. Minor siding work was addressed at no charge. And finally, my old rooster weathervane was re-nailed in place! The work was fast, clean, efficient, on schedule and on budget. Yet again, David and his crew did a great job.

Dave replaced a bathroom for us, not an easy job, the old bathroom from the late 40's was built like a bomb shelter. The demo was extreme, but they got it down with no damage to any of the surrounding wall or rooms. The new project was done to perfection with all new walls, ceilings and floors. This required the total removal and re-construction of the entire room. All new lighting, plumbing, and wiring was done to accommodate all new fixtures, sinks, toilet and glass free standing shower stall. We were exceeding pleased with the work Dave and his team did and recommend and have recommended him to both family and friends.

Dave and crew did an excellent job redoing the front part of our roof. Everyone was very professional. Everyone did an excellent job in cleanup.We would recommend David and crew to everybody.
