I have known Chris for about 8 years, having met him while running my own Mr. Handyman business. We began referring roofing repairs that didn't fit into our wheelhouse to Chris, first service work/repairs and later whole house roofing. I never heard a complaint from any of our clients, but I did hear many compliments on the prompt, reliable and reasonably priced roofing work Chris provided. He became one of my most highly prized referral outlets to provide our clients services we couldn't provide. Chris has also done a lot of repair work on the Church at which I am a member of the maintenance committee and each time we have called on him, he has come through in flying colors. Chris Valstyn and his team put a new roof on my 1849 house in three days from start to finish. The cost was reasonable, the workmanship very good, and the crew skilled and courteous. They carefully protected my foundation plantings, brought to my attention and then replaced trim which had rotted, and cleaned up to my satisfaction. I subsequently hired Chris to do a really tricky piece of work, involving disengaging an existing deck from my house, removing and replacing a wall which had rotten out, and gutting an interior room which had been badly damaged by water over the years. Again, he and his team brought skill and professionalism to a very unpleasant job.

We could not have been more pleased with our experience with Pinnacle. After last winter, it was obvious to us that we needed a new roof.We had spoken with other roofers, but ultimately decided to entrust Pinnacle with the work for reasons of "chemistry" and confidence. The work was started at the agreed upon date, proceeded quickly with minimal inconvenience to us (they have a large crew) and the clean up was very thorough. The pricing was very reasonable and the work of high quality.
