Everything was great from start to finish, timely and very professional. They even left an extra bundle of shingles in case ever needed in the future. I would highly recommend. I called Roof King for an estimate on my roof, the representative did not show up or call to cancel our initial appointment; when the rep was late he did not return my call until he was several hrs late. The rep showed up for our rescheduled appointment after which he said he'd get back to me with a bid. When after a week the bid did not arrive, I texted the rep to ask if the bid was coming and never got an answer. If this company's reps are this unreliable during the bidding process, I dread to imagine what would have happened to my roof if this company got the job. A bullet missed.
