I have always said that the best way to see what a company is "made of" is to see how they respond when things don't go perfectly. The installers were unable to finish in one day due to inclement weather and initially I was not completely satisfied with the work. However, Kerry worked closely and patiently with me to make sure the outcome was entirely satisfactory. The installers did a very good job and addressed everything that I asked them to. Overall there is no question, I would absolutely recommend Renoviso and would use them again if I ever needed them. Tim in sales was 10/10 for his part. He listened and got me the exact product I wanted. Kerry 10/10 for her part. She made me feel supported and confident that things would work out in the end. She then followed through with everything she said. The installers 9/10 for their part. They were courteous, skilled, and I was comfortable with them in my home. Overall I would give Renoviso as a whole 10/10.
