Ian can to our house to check on why water was coming in through our siding. We had water from hard driving rains in the first floor underneath a window only intermittently, and we had two prior diagnosis of the problem/source area coming from the roof/attic area. Ian not only correctly diagnosed the problem area (previous contractor came back to fix something that allowed water to enter the interior of house) but told us what to look for in the siding area where the water leak was coming in from.
