I contracted with Precision Roofing to have some work done on my rubber roof and also to have a skylight installed. Uncle Tony (owner and/or GM, I believe) came out personally to look at the job and price it out. While he was there, he also pointed out several other helpful items that I should be thinking about managing/fixing. The prices were reasonable; more importantly, the responsiveness and customer service were top-notch. The quality of the work was also top-notch. Have already and would recommend again and again.

We contracted to have a minor leak repaired in Dec, 2016. Precision did not fix it. They returned about two months later to try again. It continued to leak after their second visit. It still leaks a year later, no more visits, but I still get bills. It still leaks. I will never use them again.

After the severe weather we went through 2 years ago here in Massachusetts, we suffered serious damage to our home from roofing problems due to age and severe weather. But as soon as we were able to get repairs done we contacted Precision roofing services and they came to our home quickly and did a wonderful and professional job with a 50 year warranty included at the best price too..! We are very happy with our new roof and the peace of mind we will now have for many years yet to come..! 😊👍🏻

The quality of work were superb. Started and finished on scheduled. It was a pleasure working with them and will highly recommend to families and friends. The roofer were polite and courteous.
