Failed to provide usable insurance forms for four months. Refused to provide replacement roof panels, insisting lower-cost substitute was all insurance had paid for. Refused to cancel contract, insisting on 25% buy out. Beware, contract has BACK page. Still trying to obtain lien release. Run away.
