Just moved here and found Flat Roof flooded my 2 upstairs bathrooms. My daughter gave me Austin’s name. The company not only fixed my roof quickly and at a fair price....they also sent someone to fix 2 bathroom ceilings. That renovation team also worked diligently and was included in price. My children have also now gotten estimates and are also happy with estimates. They now have 3 additional customers!!!!!

UPDATE. So they stop answering my calls and they also stop answering the BBB calls. So now there’s no way I can get my money back from this company. If you decide to use this company make sure it’s in the paper that they are fixing a water leak not just the tiles. We didn’t know that they were going to just replace the tiles and not fix the water leaks that we had. Every time we had bad rain the roof would leak. 4 times trying to Fix the same water leaks and now the manager is saying that they didn’t know the roof had a water leak when from the beginning that was the whole reason I called. I even showed them the water damage it created and now they are pretending they never heard about it or seen it. Now I’m stuck with a bad roof leak and trying to find a company that fixes water leaks and not just checks if the tiles are good or not. We will be contacting the better business bureau about this.
