This company has completely went downhill we used them for our roof inspections and they inspected a roof last year had them return this year for a new estimate to see if anything changed they provided me with the same estimate as last year and that is okay however I called 4 days in a row to receive photos of the roof was promised them talked to the owner asked for photos and his response was take me off your list in fact I personal believe he never returned to do the new estimate just changed the date you CANT provide a 29,000 dollar estimate without photos

I originally contacted this company for a quick estimate on roof repair. The owner I spoke with came across as more than willing to help. Even volunteering in legal matters where his assistance was not requested nor required or solicited. The owner scheduled 3 different days to come and assess my roof and failed to show up. After several text messages and phone calls, someone finally came with no notice and left with no notice. The next day I was contacted for my email address so I could be sent an estimate. Not a problem. When I reached out to the owner again to ask what the issue was with the roof simply to understand why the scope of work was being recommended, he was beyond rude. Now let me preface this, although I had already spoken with this person several times with no issues regarding his level of professionalism I was taken aback at the last phone call. He was hurried on the phone with me while answering other calls and being hurried with those folks as well. (He had me on speaker so I overheard) He was talking fast and incoherent and when I tried to ask him to slow down so I could understand, he demanded that I let him finish. I was shocked but did not say anything and simply let him finish. When he asked me a question and made a statement that was incorrect, I waited for him to seek my response. When he did, I attempted to get a sentence out and he literally interrupted me and told me I was speaking to him like a child. I could have laughed in his face. Are you kidding me, you were rushed and hurried when you took my call, insisted I not interrupt you 37 seconds into the call, (I checked) and then after talking for a full 3 minutes and asking me a question, you interrupt me less than 3 words into my answer? I was fully prepared to pay this man and his company to come do work on my roof immediately. Maybe actually listening to your customers when they explain an issue to you multiple times, letting them interrupt you if necessary to ask you to slow down your speech or clarify something, or even show up to their home when scheduled is decent service. Even after the multiple missed appointments I was willing to pay to have the work done. This company may do great work but when your service is piss poor for potential customers, you negate any greatness your company may have. Good Luck folks, this man is not a good listener, is over zealous and does not work well under stress. P.S. he could also use a more professional receptionist.

I'm in the process of purchasing a home and needed to get a detailed report of the condition of the roof including repair suggestions and cost. I was under a little bit of a time crunch because we needed to get our request to the sellers in 5 days. I had Advanced Moisture Protection, Baltimore Roofers, complete this inspection along with a couple others. I explained the time crunch to the staff and needed the report by Wednesday, I didn't get it back until Thursday so I was unable to use it. Like I said, I had others so I used their reports. I received a phone call asking for $125 payment that I owed for the report and was understanding that I still needed to pay as the service was completed, just a little late. I simply ask the woman if there is any possibility of a discount since it was later than expected and couldn't use it. I understood that it was a real shot in the dark but thought I take a chance since every penny counts when buying a house. She put me on hold and asked the owner, he got on the phone and in the angriest voice yelled "No! You can't get a discount!" I was shocked at his overall attitude and demeanor over the phone and simply said, "Okay, I don't know why you are screaming at me though?" After I said that he flew off the handle and continued yelling things at me about how I am trying to cheat him and how he knows I used the report, which I didn't. I said some things that may have angered him but it was how I was feeling after being attacked by a company that I truly intended paying. I said " you are freaking out right now, wow", "you are screaming at me", "you won't even let me speak". I really wasn't sure what he heard but he must have heard some of those comments because he yelled at me "you must not have been spanked as a child or you would not act like this." I can only assume he means how I was trying to cheat him out of money. At this point, being extremely angry and disrespected he asked are you going to pay, yes or no, yes or no, yes or no....not giving me time to respond between yes or no's. Finally he stopped to let me answer and I said "well not after you talking to me like this." He went on to explain the steps on how he was going to put a lien on the house I was in the process of buying...made me think he's dealt with this before. I did tell him I think he needs some help and it's not healthy to get this worked up so easily. Not sure he heard that either as he was still yelling. With all of this said, I've worked the hospitality industry all my life and have been yelled at my share fair of times. I've dealt with all types of people and have lived in many areas of the country. I can honestly say I have never been treated with such anger and disrespect in my entire life. I am extremely concerned with the overall health of this man as something so small, a simple request of a small discount, can set him the the roof, no pun intended. A simple no, would have sufficed. I would have sucked it up and paid what I owed and moved on. I would not recommend this company at all. I can't speak on their actual work but there is much more to choosing a company than their abilities. I can't imagine what would happen if a customer was not happy with their work...yikes! Again, I did use some other companies as I wanted a clear understanding of what repairs were truly needed. I received a very good report, for free, from Ruff Roofers and the staff were all very nice and easy to work with. Again, the owner of Advanced Moisture Protection, Baltimore Roofers, is extremely disrespectful, angry and truly needs some anger management help. There are so many roofing companies, don't use this one.

I can't say enough great things about this company. They came out to look at my roof when another company told me untruths Micheal went up on the roof and told me what the problem was. Krystal and the owner both called to make sure I was happy with the estimate they sent the proposal fast and scheduled thr work within a week. How can you not be happy with that type of turn around. I have already recommended them to my parents for another job.

I had 5 companies come out and give me estimates for my roof. Advanced was by far the best price and had my roof done in one day unbelievable and I would recommend them
