Thanks to other reviews highly regarding the work of Stefan, I called about a leak occurring at or near the flashing of my chimney. Additionally, I was not happy with the way the existing flashing was installed. In no time at all, Stefan had assessed the situation. Verbally and with photos of my roof he laid out the work needed to repair nail holes and install a new flashing that would correctly match with the color of the roof shingles. He explained he would need to replace some of the shingles and that the new shingles may not match the others exactly, which scared me a little. Within a few days of my initial contact with Stefan, the repairs were completed. I was so pleased to find such a beautiful, expertly executed job done. The new correct flashing color makes the whole house look better and I cannot even tell which of the shingles are the new ones. Of course, the most important thing is that the leak is fixed too. Stefan and his team were AMAZING---they corrected shoddy work done on my roof (by others) not once, but TWICE!!! In both cases, Stefan was extremely quick to respond, diagnose the problem, begin, and then complete the work. He is a natural teacher, and is excellent at explaining the situation and educating the customer. He is a TRUE professional who is willing to stand behind his work. We recently had a piece of fascia fall off during a storm. Stefan quickly sent someone over to reattach the fascia. His prices are always reasonable. We have called him in the past for other roof issues too. He has always done outstanding work for us!
