They responded very quickly after I posted on Home Advisor that I needed someone to fix a small repair on the vinyl siding on my backyard shed.They came out the next day and left me an estimate. After choosing them I was very impressed that they went out of their way to order siding that exactly matched the siding on my shed. They fixed it quickly, were very polite and professional. I would definately refer them to anyone who needed their services.

During a recent home inspection it was strongly advised my clients get a roof inspection/certification. As their Realtor I called many roofing companies to find one who could do a roof inspection within our contingency timeline. Mark at Reliable Roofers said he could get it done in a day or two while he was in the Accokeek, MD area. As promised he was able to get it done on the second day. His report was short and to the point. It was accompanied by pictures that supported his narrative on the condition of the roof. Their price is congruent with others in the area, we received the report in a timely manner and their customer service was very good for this initial service.

Larry was extremely professional, as were the two service people from the company who came to inspect my leaking roof on short notice - literally within 2 hours after my initial call! They would have repaired the roof right then and there but did not have my unique shingle color on their truck. Overall, the team was courteous, honest and punctual. I would definitely recommend their services.

Well, let me update THIS as since Reliable Roofers did fix my leak for like 1 rain storm. My rook is leaking AGAIN!!! but this time water is pouring into my home POURING!!!!!!!!!!!! like streaming into my house in the exact same area!! He said he was replacing 3 areas on the roof and yet... it is still leaking. I don't know what this guy did at all. AVOID AT ALL COST!! Can't get them on the phone after an estimate. I had them come out to look at a leak in my rook on May 26, 2018 and they said I would receive a call Tuesday May 29, 2018 since Monday was a holiday and the roofer warned me they were busy, which is fine. I however, did not receive a call on Tuesday so I call Wednesday and they say the roofer will call me, I get no call. I call again and they offer the guys cell phone number which I must admit I didn't want I just asked to have him contact me to set the appointment for repair still nothing. I understand they are busy, but it seems ridiculous we cannot set the appointment and no one will reach out. I called today June 4th a full week and a half after they cam out and a week after I was supposed to have an appointment and expressed my disappointment with the process and the receptionist said and I quote "We are a small office there are 3 people here what do you expect? You can call any roofer and they are busy!" completely missing the point that I just want to set the appointment so I can plan to be available. And to answer her question of what I expect... professionalism. I have to answer that here because she hung the phone up on me.

Do not use these folks at all. Their actions run contrary to their name. They're not reliable at all. I found this out after a windstorm blew off a patch of our siding. I reached out to Reliable Roofers because I had their card from a previous job they did at my house. (The owner and his son came out to fix the siding that was buckling. They secured it and did a good job then.) This time, however, things weren't as smooth. Another guy came out on a Saturday to inspect the patch of missing siding. He gave me an estimate for $650, which I thought was good. He took a piece of the siding we had remaining from that patch (the siding was ruined and couldn't be reused. He took a sample so he can find the right manufacturer.) He said I'd hear from him in a couple of days. When I hadn't heard from him, I reached out only for the person on the other end to say they didn't know what I was talking about. There was no paperwork of the guy's visit. I called another day and managed to get the guy who couldn't remember coming out to my house on that Saturday. I knew it was him because he said he was the only one working that Saturday and couldn't remember coming to our house. So, obviously, he didn't have the sample of siding he took from us. Another guy, Eddie, came out, inspected the patch of missing siding and took a sample of siding we had in the garage. He said someone would be in touch with us soon to discuss an estimate. I told Eddie that my wife and I wanted to get this done. We're uneasy with the area being unprotected, especially during the rain storms. Well, by now, you should know how this goes: no word from Eddie, the receptionist has no idea of what's going on (she says she's going to call Eddie to see what happened). It's been a month since I reached out to them to fix the patch of missing siding. I'm throwing away the fridge magnet and deleting their contact info. Hopefully, I'll find someone else soon to do the job.
