Had an OUTSTANDING experience. Great customer service with transparent, ethical and honest communication. Alex epitomized the highest possible standard of EXCELLENCE! I've owned half a dozen residential and commercial properties and dealt with countless contractors over the years. However, this was easily the best home improvement experience I can recall.

We got all the windows, front door, patio door, and perimeter fence done by Long (over the past 10 years) and are happy with their customer service so far. A family-owned business, they respond to us when called, fix any problems, and stand behind their products which are of good quality. I recommend Long to folks who want to invest in their homes with good quality products ONCE and have a good company that helps maintain them for a lifetime.
