I wanted to share an extremely positive experience with Battle Creek Home Exteriors. They are a local operation that did my roof, some siding, and fixed a couple of gutters. Ron (The owner) is a professional who came out for my estimate. He covered my options and told me that his daughter (Jenna) would get back to me with a contract. We picked a contract that worked for me and moved forward and within a week and a half I had an amazing looking new roof. Day of the job, Ron showed up for the start of the work with his crew and covered details and expectations. He dropped by multiple times during the day and was there for the finish of the job too. His crew was professional and cleaned up really nicely. Job got done in one day. An increddible experience with a professionally run company. Will keep them in the phone for all my future home needs. Battle Creek has replaced our roof and repaired (rescreened) our porch. Ron has been wonderful to work with. He’s very down to earth, not tried to over sell us anything. His pricing is very reasonable. I researched everything about roof replacement and he does it the correct way. He responds promptly, very easy to contact and work with. He will be replacing our shutters and likely our windows in the future. He also communicates everything very thoroughly. They do great work!
