I've had the pleasure of working with Charm City Roofing on two occasions. First they installed a new roof on a townhouse in the Canton area of Baltimore. Since installation that roof has been serviced twice as mandated by the warranty with nothing but excellent service. On my primary home, after a rather large tree landed on my home, they quickly and timely repaired all damaged shingles and supporting boards and braces. This is a very knowledgeable team that quickly identifies issues and resolutions. I would absolutely recommend them too others and will continue to use them on my primary home as well as on rental properties.

Never got to use them. Called and a very prompt, super nice guy came to my house and looked at what I needed fixed. He was very informative. I asked him to look at the rest of the roof in case I wanted to get the whole thing done at once. He gave me a ballpark figure, it was above my price range. I said I could only probably afford to get the porch roof fixed this year. No problems, we'll get an estimate to you. A week went by with no estimate. I called the office and a super nice woman answered, apologized and said she'd get an estimate to me. Another week went by and I called the office and a super nice woman answered and after, I got an email with an estimate to repair the whole roof. I replied within minutes asking for an estimate on the porch because it's all I could afford and the woman called me back right away and said she'd pass the request on. That was 3 weeks ago, I've heard nothing. I wouldn't even mind if they didn't want to take the job, just tell me. I give two stars just because the two people I talked to were really nice, professional, and seemed to be on the ball. You each get a star. And I don't want to leave a bad review, people seem to love your work, but maybe work on the estimate process a little bit? As a friendly criticism? I was looking forward to working with you guys.

Roger and the Charm City Roofing team did an exceptional job on my roof in Federal Hill. The professionalism of his team is far by the best of I have seen in regards to roofers or any contractors. I would recommend him to anyone if they are looking for a new roof or need major repairs like I did!

Easy to work with and left the outside of our house cleaner then when they started. We usually use Ruff Roofers but they offered same product for a better price. Each day they would walk around the site with a magnet and pick up all waste. I would recommend getting a quote from them.
