Great customer service. Sam gave me a call 15 minutes before arrival to let me know his approximate arrival time which turned out to be 15 minutes early. Took his time discussing and diagnosing the issue with me before any corrective action was taken then made the repair. Highly recommend Semper West Roofing and Sam!!! Job well done! I will be contacting Semper West and Sam again for work at the new property.

I’ve contracted with them twice in the last 4 years, replacing a cedar shake roof over a townhouse and a composite one over a medium sized SF house. I was absent from the sites in both occasions. Semper West and it’s Foremen and crew are all professional who did a great job for a very fair price. The first time I engaged them it was after getting 6-7 estimates as recommended. Both times the properties had tenants in them, with one of them a bit difficult. However, both tenants and neighbors had nothing but praise of the crew and the professional manner the job was done and the area kept clean and picked up afterwards. I rarely write reviews, hope this is helpful.

SemperWest installed a new cedar shake roof on my home in Potomac. The proposal was thorough (more complete than others), very competitive, and there were no surprises. The crew was professional and efficient. I enjoyed watching as they operated with military precision to complete the roof. They cleaned up totally after each day. The crew that worked on my roof were brothers and cousins, who were always polite and engaging. They had to work around a chimney repair, as the chimney guy showed up late due to weather issues but they accommodated without losing any time and without complaining. The 2 project managers (different on the 2 day effort) were excellent. In short, a job .well done — actually, much better than well done. Thanks, SemperWest, for the professionalism, efficiency, and friendliness exhibited throughout.
