I was so very pleased with my new kitchen. Brothers went above the call of duty to give me everything I wanted. From the sales person, to the interior designer, the project manager, carpenters, painters, electricians, and plumber. They were professional, knowledgeable, gave me a daily update, covered my furniture and finally when the completion date couldn't be met Brothers did everything to take care of the issue so that the completion date was acceptable. When the walk through date was scheduled the project manager came back ready for any concerns or complaints I may have had, but I didn't have any. Thank you Brother Services for my beautiful kitchen, I would recommend you and have to everyone❤

We were extremely pleased with Brothers Services. Their customer service was awesome and they did a tidy and expedient job replacing our roof. Joel Denning was always prompt for his meetings with us and even met with us during his “off hours” to ensure that we were completely informed with our roof selection. We felt so comfortable with Brothers because they didn’t give us an inflated price and they work it down “if we signed a contract today” like the other roofing companies who provided quotes to us. Joel made sure we got the best roof for us, not the most expensive roof he could sell us.

Brothers services reached out to us and fixed our roof problems. We are happy with their service! Would not recommend. Brothers Services was the subcontractor that put the brand new roof on our brand new home. The roof will be 3 years old this month and is leaking. When I called them to see if they would fix it they said the work is only guaranteed for a year but they would be happy to charge me to fix the roof that is leaking they installed poorly. I would expect a brand new roof, on a brand new home, with architectural shingles and it sits in a field with zero tree issues to last longer than 3 years before it starts leaking

This company has been nothing but top class every step of the way. Mark came out to inspect the house and gave us detailed explanations of what needed to be done. He didn't try to push anything on us, just wanted us to know what it would take to bring our roof up to their standards if they were going to have to replace it. I had several estimates on a roof replacement and thanks to their generous discounts and winter specials they came out to be the cheapest. Every single person I dealt with at Brothers made me feel like they had my best interest in mind and were there to help, not make a quick buck. They completed the job ahead of schedule, without going over the estimated price, and cleaned up beyond my belief. I have checked the yard for nails, or any scrap and have yet to find any. Jeff, the project manager who was on site, called me the next day to make sure everything was to my liking and made sure that we had his number if something came up. I would use this company again and again and again, they truly are one of the best companies around.

Great company! My husband worked there for like 15 years before he passed away. They make sure you get what you want.
