Recently had a flat roof and shingle roof installed on our porch area. We were very specific about using TPO product for the flat roof. The flat roof and shingled area were completed in one day with several men. They moved about diligently and clean-up (also important) was fantastic. My entire roof may have to be replaced within 5 years and intend to use their services. Pricing was reasonable.

I recently hired this company to replace a leaky skylight. Finding the leak was hard, and the Sales VP personally came out, got on the roof, and poked around. Still couldn't find it, so I paid for a full replacement. The technicians who fixed it were polite and highly skilled. When the ywent to buy the materials, a company rep called me and gave me the option of whether to replace the actual window or not. It was a sizable difference in cost, and the company could have easily NOT called me and just billed me the full amount. I found this to be a highly ethical gesture since they cared more about me getting a good value than they did about their own revenue. Overall very happy with the quality of the work and the people. The president even sent me a letter thanking me for my business. This is what great customer service looks like, people.

I hired Advantage Home Exteriors to replace my roof, and gutters. they got me in earlier than expected and the work done was done professionally and friendly. My house looks amazing now and it was all done in one day. I appreciate the service and the pricing was fare. I would recommend their service to anyone, as they were recommended to me by my neighbor across from me after admiring the work done on his home as well. The cleanup was a bit off but the 2nd team, gutter installers, made up for that as well. I only have to reseed a small area of my grass as i am very particular about my yard, but that was sort of expected and Management offered to pay for seeding. We highly recommend Advantage Home Exteriors. When the wind storm that blew through the area in March 2018 took many shingles off our roof, we asked our insurance company for a recommendation. They provided Advantage Home Exteriors. The people in the office were great. They got an estimator out as quickly as possible and our experience was very positive from the start. The estimate was done quickly. Even though they were extremely busy with many jobs they kept us informed and took care of ordering the materials as quickly as possible. When it came time to have the work done they were here on time with a crew large enough to complete the job in one day. The crew was excellent. They placed tarps over all of our plants, and kept us informed of the progress. They cleaned up the yard after completing the work. They even came out a few weeks after the job to check on the roof and to make sure we were satisfied – we definitely were. Advantage Home Exteriors was there for us when we needed them.
