Last month, we had some crazy weather here, The weather effected my roof enough that I needed to replace my roof. For me, service is the most important valve I look for in large purchases . I decided on the brand of shingle first and then went to their website to find a "Roofing Pro" in my area. I found CERTIFIED INC" and Jose. Jose was "low-key". He did not try to pressure me in using his company. I decided to check out other Roofers to compare price and service. After doing so, I went with Certified. They were great! They worked with me on my insurance quote and payment for their services. In addition, they wanted me to be happy on my color choice so they gave me addresses to look at different homes they installed roofs on so I felt good about my color choice for my home.

Nice company! I liked working them and I would hire them again. They replace roof for my house. They provide 25 years of workmanship warranty in addition to any material warranty (typically 50 years). They are very responsive to answering your questions. They helped with color selection and scheduled the work in timely manner. The crew was professional as well.

Certified just replaced the flat portion of our roof, appx. 22' by 18' with one skylight. The roof was roughly 20 years old, and was beginning to leak, so full replacement was indicated.
