Carl tells you like it is, he's very honest and tells you what's going to happen from beginning to the very end. He's very thorough throughout the entire process. We needed our roof repaired and shingles replaced due to a Wind Storm and Carl was very helpful and made us feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. Our experience with Top Quality Contractors was excellent. We hired this business to replace our existing roof, replace a large, existing bay window, and to replace our front door and side light. All of the work was well done, timely, and reasonably priced. The various crews were polite, efficient, skilled, and they cleaned the area well when they were finished. Our experiences with home remodeling and renovation include adding an addition to our home, and other work over a forty-five year span. We have found that having a contact person who understands the work being done and is not just a sales person repeating the company line is invaluable. Carl is a contractor, and isn't afraid of being on a roof or picking up a hammer, or answering technical questions, and that is important to us. Top Quality Contractors & Carl were referred to me by a contractor who was doing some work for me, but didn't do roofing. I needed a roof bad & quickly. I managed to get 3 quotes quickly & Top Quality was the least expensive for the same exact materials & process. Met with Carl, picked out shingles, & job was scheduled. The materials were delivered on time. His workers came out at 7am the next day & were done by 4pm. Cleaned up premises including a magnetic rod to get any stray nails or metal materials. It was great. Have recommended him to several friends already.

They did a new roof for us (new shingles). Carl is a very nice, knowledgeable, and straight forward guy. He came out the next morning to check and make an offer when we called him. We met a bit later to discuss and decide on the details. The team did a great job. The price was good. Can only recommend.
