I used Frank about 3-4 years ago when I bought my house. I recently had to have real roofers fix the mess he made. They showed me where he just laid down a very thin membrane and rolled about one coat of elastomeric coating on. It failed within 3 years and caused water damage in my garage. DO NOT USE!
