This is not the Same company as it used to be. The new owners will not honor the service warranty that was sold to me by Raymond, the former owner.I have called the office 7 times in the last month and they have yet to return my call.They are calling themselves " Roofing Professionals now. Be aware and do NOT use.

Do not use them! Like the other reviewer said, now they call themselves "roofing professionals" when you call. Some out of state answering service. They never return your calls. Called back for service after they put on a "lifetime roof". Never called back.

At first I found R&R to be a great company. But things quickly went downhill. We signed a contract but the company. After that, they missed two appointments without calling, finally came on the third appointment only to say "Well, your job really wont make enough money for us, so I don't know if it's worth it without the extra work you were considering" -- despite the fact that we have signed a contract. I've been trying to contact him for months now, no calls back. My kitchen ceiling now has a hole in it from water damage and I'm waiting to find out if we're released from our legally binding contract so that I can have someone reliable come in and do the job.

Terrible do not ever use, their warranty is crap, do not do what they say they will, avoid calls and basically aren't not reputable at all.
