Unprofessional. Planned with Cathy a week beforehand to meet at the property and go over a build for (2) separate 2 car garages, with full upstairs and decks, not small Jobs by any means. followed up multiple times to be sure it was still on because I informed her that I live 3 hours north of the job site and the friend building the other garage was driving from cape cod, 4 hours south, even followed up the night before to make sure it was still on and she confirmed. Once my friend and I were an hour from the property/meeting time she informed me she was having mechanical troubles... I asked what that meant and if we could do a different time, received no answer and still haven’t. I understand things happen but not responding is just rude. Not to mention the 2 weeks wasted planning on this company to do the builds. Will be taking my business somewhere more professional. Fast way to loose 70k+ in business
