I only had an estimate done, no work yet, but I hope Tim's bid is competitive! What a nice young guy, polite, on time, willing to work with me on price and area size. I have another bid coming in, but would choose T&S if it's the same price. Well, had the 2nd estimate and it was easy to choose T&S. They did a great job, and I would recommend them. Actually, it was my awning I had foamed so we could sit outside in the heat. Even with our crazy winds this 2018 summer, my awning roof was fine.
