I hired Oceanside Exteriors to strip and replace the roof to a multi unit building. Despite the fact that they had to rip up three layers of very old, very dirty roofing, and that it was oppressively hot and humid, the crew worked hard, without complaint, finished on time, cleaned up every day, and were respectful of my own property as well as the neighbors' property. The management and front office staff responded quickly and helpfully with any questions I had. As if these weren't enough reasons to recommend them, they were also the most competitively priced by a significant margin. I feel lucky our condo association found them and I recommend them without hesitation.

They replaced my roof on dartmouth street in portland! Wow they did a great job in a clean and timely manner. They did the job for a fair price with no surprise increase at the end. I highly recommend them for your next Roofing or Siding Project!

We were extremely pleased from the beginning to the end of the project. We had our apartment sided. We had a glitch day one with the wrong color delivered by Alside, but Matt took care of that by driving and getting supplies his crew needed. We also did some add ons as they were working and those were tended too as well. The crew worked during the high humidity with no complaints and finished on time. This crew of Earl, Mark, Scott and Gino(short nickname) worked effectively were very professional and courteous. We were very impressed with their work ethic. Matt always called us back with answers to our questions and delivered extra materials when needed. I would have them do all our projects in the future - windows, roofing and another siding project. We highly recommend this company!!!!!!
