It has been about a year that we had our family room updated by these guys. Did a good job except the wood flooring which they contracted out. We let them know we were unhappy with it from the get-go. Filled out a survey, no follow-up. Said they were going to do a walk thru at end of job, didn't happen. The floor is now lifting in spots, chipping and splitting on the ends. To use a sweeper on it is a nightmare because of the ends sticking up. We will eventually have to get it re-sanded and coated to make it look right. Wasted money! Just an FYI for those if you remodeling. Beware!
