I have used this company in the past to fix our commercial roof. The repair work did not hold. I have tried numerous times to reach out to them and they will not return my call. Standing behind your work is the key to customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, this company does not understand that. I would not recommend them.

Really disappointed. They came out and did an estimate regarding a leak I have in the basement. The guy who came out never went on the roof, but told me that my chimney cap was cracked in half and would need to be replaced and that that was the source of the leak. Got an email estimate with a quote of $800 to replace the chimney cap. Now, I know nothing about this kind of stuff, but that seemed high so I got a second opinion. Turns out, my chimney cap is in great shape! The new guy who looked at it actually went on the roof and took a picture for me to see. He did some investigating and found that the leak was actually coming from where the chimney meets the ground. The crazy part is that if I would have gone with Empire and paid the $800, it still wouldn't have fixed the leak! I would not recommend this company unless you know about construction. And shame on them for trying to take advantage of a young couple in their first home.

I cannot recommend this company, It took me multiple calls to just get someone to come out for an estimate. I then asked them to email me said estimate and again, after SEVERAL calls, I have no estimate. They agreed multiple times to send the email with the estimate. This was weeks ago and I still have nothing.
