This had to been the easiest and pleasurable contractor experiences I have had. Called office for estimate and they came out 2 days later and Jeff provided quote which was fair and reasonable. They set date to complete gutters and trim on my house and showed up on time and did wonderful job. Knowledgable and efficient installers. Keep up good work!

My neighbor had a new roof done and I got a cracked sidewalk. The workers were loud and rude. When your supply company pulled over my lawn to deliver the materials I called to complain. They had to pull off the lawn and manually deliver the shingles. One of your employees came up to my husband and asked “What the F$$$ his problem was? And now they have to get the shingles up the roof”. Later your supervisor arrived and was extremely rude yelling at me asking if we can just talk like adults. Then he accused us of threatening his crew. Your employee came on my property to confront us about why we were upset about the 30ton vehicle in our yard. Let me repeat that a 3G employee confronted us in our yard upset because we complained about the supply company not 3G. That supply company should be receiving this complaint but I am holding your company responsible due to the behavior of your employees. My neighbor said that he will not pay the balance until this is handled. I informed him this morning that your company didn’t pull a permit and the city is fining him. I received a response on my social media post this morning asking me to call you to discuss this. I had already called yesterday and left my number. I called twice today and left messages and am waiting to hear back. This company is unprofessional. No company signs on their 6 vehicles, no 3G shirts on any of the 10 workers and the biggest surprise of all....NO 3G Sign left in the yard like all the other photos on your website. Quality and promptness of work was excellent compared to competition. We had a minor issue with labor costs that could have been a major issue but Jake worked closely with us to get it right. 3G stands by their work and gets it done in a timely manner. I would recommend them in the future.

Excellent service! We will definitely use them again for future repairs. Stewart was the best - wonderful, easy to communicate with, and very honest in dealing with our gutter repair in Grosse Pointe Woods. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.
