I cannot day enough great things about Renaissance Roofing. I read about them on Nextdoor after several neighbors had been happy with them and was not disappointed. Don (I believe he’s the owner) came out to do the estimate, he was very thorough, even went into the attic, and covered the area with plastic not to make anything dirty, which I appreciated. He presented all the options in a non-pushy manner. I got estimates from 2 other companies and their price was the middle ground. They offered the GAF system and a great warranty. The office staff communicated with me about what to expect and gave me updates on their schedule (which obviously depends on the weather). On the day of the roof replacement, the crew arrived at 7:30am, they were polite and respectful, covering and moving everything outside so it wasn’t damaged. They did a fantastic job, I am so happy with our new roof, it’s made a huge difference to the appearance of our house. I will be recommending them to anyone who needs roofing work done. Renaissance Roofing, Inc. did a recover of our roof and also added insulation and vents to improve air flow. Don, the owner, was very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining every step of the roofing process and the many choices available. We appreciated that he was not pushy and was very patient while we made our decisions. The entire crew did a great job of protecting our landscaping and cleaning up afterwards. The employees, from administration to roofers, were polite and prompt. We are very happy with our roof and would highly recommend Renaissance Roofing, Inc.

We called Renaissance Roofing after witnessing first hand the amazing job they did the year prior on my neighbors roof. I have to say from the first call requesting an appointment for a quote to the completed install was amazing. When I called to make an appointment they were professional and quick to make a date and time that worked for me. When Don arrived for the appointment to provide a quote he was very professional and never tried to hard sell us. He showed us what our options were and let us decided. The office staff kept us well informed while we awaited our installation date. On the installation date the crew arrived at 7:30AM as scheduled worked non-stop until 5:30PM. The crew was very professional throughout the entire job, no foul language or bad behavior was ever observed. They even took time to greet my daughter after school which she loved. The crew used a few of my existing vents to save me money and went to the store to purchase black paint to paint them black to match the new roof. Following the installation the crew spent over an hour cleaning up, I still have failed to find a single nail in the yard.
